This course looks at the emotional and interpersonal stressors that you face in your work and home life that might be contributing to your burnout. I help you explore what you can do to tackle and reshape areas of your life which are depleting you, putting new strategies in place to support your recovery and strengthen your resilience and well-being for future.

- How to overcome feelings of negativity or cynicism that may have crept into your work life.

- Recognise if you are relapsing and take immediate action to prevent it by utilising your personalised ‘Relapse Prevention Plan’ and tool kit.
