Burnout is a common term often used these days by people within the healthcare industry to describe a state of overwhelming exhaustion.
This course looks at the emotional and interpersonal stressors that you face in your work and home life that might be contributing to your burnout. I help you explore what you can do to tackle and reshape areas of your life which are depleting you, putting new strategies in place to support your recovery and strengthen your resilience and wellbeing for future.

- Identify which areas of your life are causing you the most distress
- An understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and how burnout fits within this framework.
- How to recognise and challenge thoughts to change unhelpful behaviour
- How to overcome feelings of negativity or cynicism that may have crept into your work life.
- Understand how your past, your patterns, your script, limiting beliefs, values and meaning may be contributing to your burnout.
- Using self-compassion to support you emotionally as you make changes, implement new strategies and maintain new boundaries.
- Identify what might be holding you back from making necessary changes
